We recently implemented a rotational scheduling model at our clinic in central Baghdad, and it’s had a noticeable impact on staff morale and patient care quality. By introducing 4-day workweeks with overlapping shifts, we were able to reduce staff fatigue, improve emergency coverage, and allow time for ongoing training.
